TCM Engines is entering into its 22nd season thanks to the patronage of its dealers, serving the Marine Industry with our crate motor program. Our success on behalf of you dealers has come from surrounding ourselves with good people from our vendors on down. ABOUT US
TC Marine Engines originated in January 1990 following a 25 year professional racing career as an engine builder, supplier, and sponsor under the name of TC Racing or TCR. With our riders, equipment, and people, we were able to leave our marks in the record books, including a Land Speed World Record attempt at Bonneville, Utah. The following National Racing Associations are: AHRA. NHRA, IHRA, SCTA, AMA, NMA, & GNC. We are fellow members of Better Business bureau (B.B.B.), Boating Trades Association of Texas (B.T.A.T.), we are I.S.O. certified and O.E.M. Factory Representatives.
POLICIES
All remanfactured engines come as long block applications only.
We also offer a base completed engine consisting of a completed block, heads with valve covers, front cover, pan and intake on some applications. The rebuilt engines are assembled from original manufacturer's parts or from their vendors to their specifications or better. Each engine is assembled to the application intended. Annual upgrades are automatically made as required.
And speaking of upgrades, all TCM engines,. regardless of the year, are upgraded to today's current year specifications for the fuel used . This requires, in many applications, the changing of pistons, exhaust valves and exhaust seats. Due to the fact that there is a multitude of boat manufacturers in the market arena, there may be adjustments required such as valves, the change of an intake manifold, valve cover, pan or front cover and plugup unused oil dip stick hole in the block or pan rail. "Again, these engines are a base replacement only." No paid labor for these changes.
The engines are serviced with oil, primed, timed and valves adjusted. Readjustments may be required for fine tuning after run in or original start up. No paid labor for these adjustment.
LIMITED WARRANTIES
All engines are covered. New or Rebuilt. Engines that are damaged from overheating, freeze, incoming water through the intake or exhaust, detonation, improper installation or the lack of proper oil supply are not covered. Tampering is Prohibited!
